1) Defective Products
All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement. In this case, we will be responsible for shipping cost both return or resend. The customer is liable to confirm with Nbeads for an advisable shipping method.
2) Non-defective Products
Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement; even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application. We'll be responsible for resending shipping cost (from China to customer's country), BUT the customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused if there are.
All products returned to Nbeads must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Nbeads without damage. The parcel should be marked as "return products". Before you return the beads, please contact Nbeads for a detailed return instruction about return address and matters need attention.
Refund process as follows:
After we have a refund agreement, we usually return your money into your cash account on Nbeads.com. You can use your balance in the cash account to pay for your order in the future, which is very convenient. However, if you prefer this refund directly to your own card, please email us, then we can also transfer it to where it came from, your PayPal, credit card etc .
