  • EORI Number ---- The number is called "Economic Operators Registration and Identification number". If you have an EORI number, your goods will be much easier to get through the custom. If you usually purchase from overseas, you are advised to apply an EORI number, which may make clearance easier.
In Romania, customs would ask for EORI number, commercial invoice, and company name if you purchase from us as a company. However, as individual, you need to offer CNP (Personal ID number) and you would be asked about the real value of your purchased goods and send proof for it, especially when you choose DHL as shipping method.

VAT Number ---- The number is called "Value Added Tax". It is a form of consumption tax. It defers from country to country. Before you place order on Nbeads.com, you are advised to get detailed information about the VAT policy in your country. Some customs may ask for it.

TAX Number ---- In some countries like German, Brazil, Italy, tax number may be asked by customs. Some of our shipping agents usually ask for tax number before shipment. Customers from German and Brazil are advised to apply a tax number before placing order on us.
