Usually you will receive an email confirming your shipping method and the tracking number after package shipment. You could get tracking number and tracking link of your package.
Also, we have some convenient ways for you to review order history and status,
1. "Order Tracking"
If the order was placed in the unregistered status with your PayPal account, you could enter Order Tracking for order information. Order number and your PayPal email are needed.
2. "My Orders"
Everything will be much easier if you already have a Nbeads account, just log in your Nbeads "My Account" or "My Order" on the top of the page, you could review all your orders and check status.
If you occasionally place order in the unregistered status, you are advised to relate your PayPal account with Nbeads account to avoid order omissions. Once you relate your PayPal account with Nbeads account, orders placed directly with PayPal account will also be kept in your Nbeads account for your review at any time.
