Step 1:

1^st Pick up first 2 center beads bring them down. And leave a tail long enough to weave the thread back in to our beadwork. Then we pick up enough beads to create a loop outside the edge of 2 center beads. I pick up 5 seed beads. One 3mm fire polished bead and 5 seed beads. Now pass your needle up through the first set of spine beads. Move it to the left and tight well. Make sure that the loop is not too big or not to small. The beads should surround the center beads and sit flat while not showing any extra thread.

2^nd Now we pick up another set of the side loop.From now on, we will pick up only 1 center bead, I bring it down to my beadwork and then we pick up loop beads again. We pass only through the top 2 center beads. And push the loop to the left. We follow the above steps to make the length suitable for your wrist

Step 2:
