Step1: prepare one or more cord strands as the center holding cords; and then fold another cord and put the end nearby folded portion under your holding cords;

Step2: pass the ends through the loop;

Step3: pull tightly the two ends evenly.

Directions:

Step1: prepare 8 strands or four long one folded in half; except the two center holding cords, other are all working cords (see ①-⑧in the picture show);

Step2: tie two larks head knots with the cord 6 onto both holding cords;

Step3: pick up the cord 3 and repeat the same processes as did with cord 6;

Step4: repeat the same processes with cord 7 and cord 2 in turns. Be sure they are passing below the cord 6 and 3;

Step5: continue tie tying actions with cord 8 and 1;

Step6: back to the step2 and start making another knots group again.

Tips: while processing this knots pattern, ensure each new working cords pass under the previous ones.
