Why I do not receive order confirmed email from you?

Generally, if you place an order on our estore, you will be informed by emails of your order status, the order confirmation email and the delivery information email,etc. If you do not receive any emails, there are three steps you need to do.
Step 1. To check whether your email address is correct once you registered or placed an order.
Step 2. To check whether there are emails in your email spam box.
Step 3. If no emails from us are founded, please add our email address sales@Nbeads.com to your address list.
