1) Defective Products
All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement. In this case, we will be responsible for shipping cost both return and resend. The customer is liable to confirm with Nbeads for a advisable shipping method.
2) Non-defective Products
Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement; even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application. We'll be responsible for resending shipping cost (from China to customer's country), BUT the customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused if there are.
All products returned to Nbeads must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Nbeads without damage. The parcel should be marked as "return products". Please fill in the inquiry attached within the parcel the reason you return the products.
